Our chef, Matteo Vincenzi, was born and raised in a small town south east of Rome. His five years of training as a chef from a Culinary Institute in the Lazio Region gave him a full range of experience of preparing and cooking the finest Italian cuisine.
He brings to Amici Miei a real passion for creating authentic Italian dishes with a modern tasty twist and he prepares each and every dish freshly cooked to order with immense pride.
